How’s it going, friends? Thank you for the sweet responses in real life/e-mail/text/phone calls about the together goals. I am so excited to share this with many of you. If anyone else is wanting to join this health train, let me know! I’ve been really encouraged by you all.
Here are a few things motivational/pracitcal:
1. Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.” John 6:35
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13
Amen and amen.
2. I wake up and immediately put on my tennis shoes. It’s kind of like I have to be productive, MUST work out in those suckers.
3. I’ve never worked out harder in my life than I did after a day full of green smoothies. I could have worked out all day, and that never happens.
4. If you don’t have time or stamina to exercise for large amounts of time, try little spurts throughout the day. This is helpful in general. I sometimes do squats during commercial breaks or while I’m cooking dinner.
5. Our bodies are made for rest, our hearts for community, our responsibility for our family, our soul for laughter! And probably our bodies for dancing, too.
6. Maybe go gluten free. Eeek, I said it! I think it might be good for you? I mean, if you are sick or tired. It’s even been known as a possible cause for infertility. This is so big on my heart. It’s just a possibility. Maybe try it for lent.
7. Find a buddy who will call you and ask you tough questions about how you are doing! life, sin, healthy eating, exercise, joy, prayer
8. If nothing else, prioritize water in your diet. Those 8-10 enormous glasses a day will clear out so many toxins and water weight. This is a toughy for me on days when coffee marathons sound like the better option.
9. Keep me updated! Or somebody, but I’d love to know how you are. E-mail me if you don’t want to share on the comments section. I’ll be real with my stuff, too.
Love to beautiful you.

My mom has a friend down the street who does upholstery, sewing, re-making old furniture. We may be spending glorious amounts of time down at the shop learning how to do cool things like that. It’s so cool! Happy Wednesday!
